Job summary

HealthPro Heritage is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist for our assisted living building in Tappan, NY. The position is part-time (4-6 hours weekly) or PRN, with therapy offered Monday through Friday; evenings and weekends are not required.

The role focuses on thorough assessments, individualized treatment, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team. Licensure in the state and ASHA CCC-SLP certification are required, with competitive hourly pay in the $58–$62 range.

Qualifications

• Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current state licensure as an SLP or eligibility to obtain.
• ASHA CCC-SLP certification.
• Strong assessment, diagnostic and therapeutic abilities with excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive speech, language, voice, and swallowing assessments.
• Deliver evidence-based therapy and educate patients and families.
• Maintain accurate documentation of evaluations, progress and treatment plans.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to ensure cohesive patient care.
