Job summary

Skin Laundry is seeking a Part-Time Sales Associate in New York to drive daily sales, educate clients on products and memberships, and uphold service standards. This on-site role requires a strong presence on the floor and the ability to coach teammates while providing exceptional client experiences.

You will support inventory, cash handling, and on-the-floor coaching, with opportunities to lead during peak times and to cover nearby clinics as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of retail, hospitality, or service experience required.
• Strong product knowledge and passion for skincare and client education.
• Advanced interpersonal skills with the ability to coach peers and foster teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example in achieving daily sales and conversion goals.
• Deliver exceptional client service by educating clients on products, memberships, and treatments.
• Support clinic-wide retention and loyalty programs through relationship building and consistent follow-up.
