Hours vary by week to fit business needs. You will recruit new customers, perform facial treatments and makeup applications, close sales, and strive to achieve sales goals.

Qualifications

• Prior skincare experience required.
• Good interpersonal skills and sales experience.
• Strong sales ability and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to create activity and animation.

Responsibilities

• Represent the Clarins Brand and drive the business through acquisition and retention of customers with superior service.
• Recruit new customers and create excitement at the counter.
• Perform facial treatments and makeup applications and have the ability to close a sale.
• Consistently meet and exceed sales goals and expectations.
