Responsibilities

• Conduct recorded interviews with insured individuals, claimants, witnesses, and others.
• Perform scene investigations and take photographs.
• Visit medical clinics in person as part of investigations.
• Conduct neighborhood canvasses and gather evidence.
• Prepare detailed investigative reports and provide progress updates.
