Qualifications

• At least 18 months of related residential or commercial maintenance/cleaning experience.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Available to complete general work during business hours.
• Able to pass a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Perform general upkeep and maintenance tasks (e.g., replacing light bulbs, circuit checks, painting, window screen repairs).
• Clean common areas, conduct apartment turns and move-out inspections, and process work orders.
• Maintain supplies inventory and assist with move-in paperwork; show vacant units to prospective residents.
• Perform grounds maintenance as needed.
