Job summary

Tailwind Group, The Landing Fayetteville, is seeking a Shuttle Driver (part-time) to transport residents to campus and around the community with a focus on safety and service. A valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and the ability to work a rotating PT schedule are required; one year of driving experience is preferred.

The role supports a university housing community in Fayetteville, AR, with responsibilities including route operation, shuttle maintenance, and timely reporting.

Qualifications

• One or more years of professional driving experience is preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to work with residents.
• Ability to work rotating part-time schedules and adapt to campus routes.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate excellent customer service during each encounter with residents, prospects, vendors, officials, and community members.
• Operate shuttle on the schedule route in a safe, responsible, and timely manner.
• Perform daily inspection of the shuttle to ensure cleanliness and maintenance.
• Complete daily interior and exterior cleaning of the shuttle.
• Maintain all maintenance records as required.
• Provide a prompt report on all maintenance issues to the Maintenance Manager.
• Complete all accident or incident reports and submit immediately as required.
