Meijer Inc. is seeking a Digital Clerk to fulfill online curbside orders, creating a smooth pickup experience from start to finish. You’ll be part of a family-oriented retailer that values service, efficiency, and accuracy in every interaction.

The role emphasizes friendly customer support, accurate order fulfillment, and collaboration with store leadership to resolve issues while maintaining a clean curbside area.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Strong communication skills and a customer-first approach
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly
• Minimum of 1 year of experience; prior retail experience preferred
• Past cashier experience preferred
• Detail-oriented, organized, and dependable
• Process-driven with the ability to follow procedures in an efficient, consistent way
• Past online ordering experience a plus
• You have the ability to perform physical tasks, such as lifting, bending, twisting, and standing for extended periods

• Provide remarkable service at the curbside pickup Meijer Pickup area through accurate order fulfillment and payment collection the carside experience.
• Greet each customer with a courteous, friendly attitude (in person and on the phone) and respond to questions and needs.
• Maintain positive working relationships with customers, team members across the store and leadership.
• Resolve customer concerns quickly by partnering with leadership when needed.
• Receive daily workflow through a dashboard and fulfill orders throughout the shift.
• Select items throughout the store, scan/verify products, and bag items appropriately using bagging standards.
• Store and stage orders correctly while following food safety guidelines.
• Keep the curbside area clean, neat, and ready for the next pickup.
• Support other tasks as needed to keep operations running smoothly.
