Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Comfortable in a busy, fast-paced environment.
• Ability to move stock and assist customers.
• Willingness to work weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maximise donated income through stock generation and pricing.
• Set high standards of merchandising and housekeeping.
• Manage stock processes to keep the shop well merchandised.
• Act as a brand ambassador for Sue Ryder and campaigns.
