Job summary

1-800 Contacts in Charlotte, NC is seeking a part-time Distribution Associate (Shipping) to support order fulfillment. You’ll scan, sort, stock, pick, pack and ship customer orders with speed and accuracy while standing or walking for the shift.

Training will set the base pay and progress to $18/hr depending on performance. Starting dates include September 14 or October 5, with a schedule Monday–Friday from 8:30am to 12:30pm.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Hustle and tireless work ethic.
• Self-starter, driven, proactive and disciplined.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize.

Responsibilities

• Scan, sort and stock products efficiently.
• Pick, pack, and ship customer orders with speed and accuracy.
• Stand/walk for an entire scheduled shift.
• Lift at least 30 lbs.
• Use ladders and equipment to access heights in picking orders and stocking.
• Hustle.
