Job summary

Advantage Solutions is seeking a friendly, energetic associate to support live events and product sampling with customers in local communities. You’ll engage shoppers, promote brands, and help set up demonstrations to drive sales.

No experience required; training provided. You’ll work 2–3 shifts per week (weekends possible), lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and collaborate with store teams while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for up to 6 hours.
• No prior experience required; training provided.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Reliable transportation.
• Flexible to work 2-3 shifts per week, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers and drive sales through live events and sampling.
• Interact with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic manner.
• Provide support to management as needed.
• Set up, manage, and execute on-site sampling activities at retail locations.
