Job summary

CDS (Club Demonstration Services) in Westlake Village, CA is hiring for part-time retail event roles. You will engage customers, showcase brands through live events and sampling, and support management as needed.

No prior experience is required as training and team support are provided to help you succeed. Shifts are 2–3 days per week, including weekends, with opportunity for additional hours and a benefits package.

Qualifications

• Are comfortable interacting with customers in a friendly, enthusiastic manner
• Are 18 years or older
• Available to work 2-3 shifts per week, including weekends
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for up to 6 hours
• Able to prepare, cook, and clean work area and equipment
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Self-starter with bias for action and results
• Ability to work independently and in a team while keeping safety first in a retail environment

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by engaging customers and bringing brands to life through live events and sampling in-store and in-community settings
• Provide support to management as needed
• Represent the brand professionally and deliver a positive shopping experience

• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
