Job summary

Advantage Solutions is hiring for part-time positions in the Plain City area to engage customers with live events and product sampling. The role focuses on delivering brand experiences and supporting store leadership to drive sales.

You will be trained, valued, and supported as you grow within the company. Ideal candidates are friendly, dependable, and customer-focused, aged 18 or older, able to work 2-3 shifts weekly including weekends, and capable of physical tasks including lifting up to 50

• Can lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for up to 6 hours.

• Self-motivated with a bias for action and results.

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• Are 18 years or older
• Available to work 2-3 shifts per week, including weekends
• Can lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis and stand for up to 6 hours
• Are comfortable preparing, cooking, and cleaning work area and equipment
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
