Job summary

Advantage Solutions in Boise, ID is seeking team members to support live events and product sampling, delivering engaging shopping experiences at the point of sale. You will interact with customers and promote brands while representing our clients in a friendly, energetic manner.

No prior experience is required as training is provided; you will join a supportive team and have opportunities for growth. This role requires weekend availability, physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• Are 18 years or older
• Available to work 2-3 shifts per week, including weekends
• Can lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis and stand for up to 6 hours
• Are comfortable preparing, cooking, and cleaning work area and equipment
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
