Responsibilities

• Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift and ensure completion of assigned tasks.
• Provide training and create work schedules.
• Evaluate performance, reward high performers, and address underperformance.
• Prepare production or sales reports and ensure quality, productivity and safety targets are met.
• Serve as the point of contact for employee requests and time-off.
• Mentor employees and encourage advancement within the organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
