Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team in driving store execution and customer service excellence in Fayetteville, AL. You will lead the store staff when a manager is unavailable, ensuring opening and closing procedures are completed and standards are met.

Responsibilities include supervising crew, assisting customers, maintaining displays, and ensuring accurate pricing and inventory.

• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise
