Job summary

Hispanic Alliance for Career Enhancement is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor in Endwell, NY. The Shift Supervisor will support the CVS Store Management in driving execution and performance while ensuring excellent customer service. Key responsibilities include supervising store staff, managing customer relations, and overseeing merchandising. Qualifications

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight, and weekend shifts.
• Strong supervisory skills and ability to effectively communicate with staff.
• Experience as a retail supervisor preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff and ensure smooth operations when management is offsite.
• Assist customers with questions, problems, and complaints.
