Job summary

Domino’s is seeking a part-time Store Assistant Manager to oversee all shift operations, ensuring policy adherence and managing cost controls, inventory, cash, and customer relations. You will lead the crew by example and drive a smooth, profitable shift.

You’ll handle staffing, paperwork, scheduling, and maintain a perfect store image while delivering great customer service. Advancement opportunities exist from delivery driver to franchise owner or manager.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Experience in retail or food-service environments preferred.
• Ability to follow policy and procedures 100% of the time.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team and lead others.
• Willingness to pass background checks and training.

Responsibilities

• Operate all equipment.
• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk-in cooler.
• Prepare products as required.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
