Job summary

RPM Pizza in Mississippi is seeking a Part-time Assistant Manager to lead shifts, deliver friendly customer service, and support store goals. You will supervise Team Members, uphold brand standards, and complete Domino’s and RPM training, including Pizza College courses.

As a key leader, you’ll help with scheduling, inventory, and operations, drive safety and quality, and partner with the General Manager to reach performance targets.

Qualifications

• Must have strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive, outgoing, and team-oriented attitude.
• Must be 18+ and able to drive when required.
• Complete RPM training and Pizza College courses as applicable.
• Food Safety Certification required by local regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts in a high-volume environment to meet service, quality, and cleanliness goals.
• Train, coach, and develop Team Members to achieve performance expectations.
• Support scheduling, labor management, attendance, and punctuality.
• Maintain store safety, food safety, and sanitation standards.
• Resolve customer and Team Member concerns with ownership and professionalism.
• Operate all store equipment, including ovens and food prep tools.
• Demonstrate time management and multi-tasking across duties.
• Maintain a positive, engaging environment for customers and team members.
• Assist with inventory, ordering, and organizational processes.
• Implement marketing and operational initiatives; partner with GM on goals.
• Work a schedule based on business needs, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
