Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ year in retail as keyholder, supervisor, or shift leader
• Ability to travel between store locations as needed
• Strong leadership and customer service skills

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to drive sales and meet KPI goals
• Train and develop sales associates on product knowledge and customer engagement
• Support daily operations: replenishment, fronting, cash handling, merchandising
• Maintain store appearance and stock levels; implement visual merchandising updates
• Open/close procedures and ensure store safety and cleanliness
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate to Store Manager when needed
• Support Loss Prevention and adhere to company policies
• Process sales accurately using POS systems
• Participate in store promotions and events
