Job summary

Club Demonstration Services is seeking a friendly, energetic costco demo associate to engage customers, demonstrate products, and promote our brands at Costco locations in Wisconsin. You will help set up demo areas, maintain product safety, and provide excellent service while working 2-3 shifts per week, including weekends.

No prior experience is required as training is provided; must be 18+, able to lift up to 50 lbs, and comfortable standing for long periods. Reliable transportation is a plus.

Qualifications

• Friendly, enthusiastic demeanor and strong interpersonal skills.
• 18 years or older.
• Available to work 2-3 shifts per week, including weekends.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for up to 6 hours.
• Comfortable supporting demo events and setting up equipment.

Responsibilities

• Engage Costco members through product demonstrations and education.
• Assist with food safety, sanitation, and daily safety inspections.
• Help set up and remove carts, equipment and supplies for demos.
• Provide excellent customer service and product information to customers.

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• Are a 18 years or older
• Available to work 2-3 shifts per week, including weekends
• Can lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis and stand for up to 6 hours
• Are comfortable preparing, cooking, and cleaning work area and equipment
• Are comfortable supporting demo events, ensuring carts, equipment and supplies are set up and removed properly
• Engage Costco members through product demonstrations and education
• Assist with food safety, sanitation, and daily safety inspections
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
