Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to residents, visitors, staff, and service providers by carrying out security-related procedures and emergency responses.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols and monitor common areas, entrances, exits, and perimeters.
• Monitor access points, verify visitor authorization, and report unusual activity.
• Respond to incidents calmly and escalate according to protocols.
• Document patrols and incidents and communicate findings to site leadership.
