Job summary

BMW of Peabody is seeking a personable and dependable part-time Service Valet to join our team. You will greet guests, shuttle vehicles, assist service staff, and help ensure a smooth customer experience. The schedule is Monday–Friday from 7am to 12pm, with a pay rate of $18 per hour.

This role offers growth opportunities within the Lyon-Waugh Auto Group. Candidates should have a valid driver's license, a clean driving record, basic computer skills, and the ability to communicate professionally

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license in good standing.
• Ability to communicate professionally with customers, coworkers and vendors.
• Basic computer skills and upbeat, customer-focused demeanor.
• Strong task prioritization and the ability to work in a fast-paced service environment.
• Preferred: ability to drive a standard; willingness to learn and adapt.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist them to the appropriate Service Advisor.
• Transport vehicles on the lot to service areas and detail bays.
• Assist in loaner vehicle check-ins and outs.
• Occasionally deliver customer vehicles and shuttle clients to local destinations.
• Perform courier duties between dealerships and light snow removal as needed.
• Support management with other tasks as assigned.
