Job summary

TerraBella Senior Living is seeking a part-time Server for the Morningside of Concord community. This role offers 16 hours per week with morning shifts, focusing on friendly dining service for residents and guests. You will take orders, serve meals, and help maintain a warm, clean dining room environment.

The position emphasizes excellent customer service, team collaboration, and flexibility to work weekends as needed within a senior living setting.

• Follow safety and loss prevention procedures.
• Set up and clean the dining room while upholding hospitality standards.

TerraBella Senior Living is looking for a Server to join our community Morningside of Concord.

Responsibilities:

• Take meal/drink orders and serve meals in a friendly and timely manner
• Assure residents and guests are satisfied with their meals
• Maintain knowledge of all specials and general description of all food items
• Maintain all side stations and dining areas
• Follow daily and weekly cleaning schedules
• Practice all safety and loss prevention procedures
• Set-up and clean the Dining Room while maintaining or exceeding hospitality and service standards

Qualifications:

• Must enjoy working with seniors
• Ability to interact with guests, residents and staff in a courteous and friendly manner
• Ability to respond promptly to resident needs
• Ability to balance team and individual responsibilities
• Ability to work flexible hours as needed including weekends.
