Job summary

Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a dynamic, service-oriented Part Time Server to join our Middleton/HGI Madison team. The role involves seating guests, taking orders, delivering food and maintaining a clean station in a fast-paced hospitality setting.

Qualifications

• High School education (or equivalent); post-high school education preferred.

Responsibilities

• Seats and takes accurate food orders from guests.
• Monitor food distribution and ensure meals are delivered correctly and well presented.
• Check station before, during and after shift for proper setup and cleanliness.
• Abide by all state, federal and corporate liquor regulations regarding alcohol service to minors and intoxicated guests.
• Be familiar with all menu items, their preparation and service procedures.
• Totals checks, present to guests and process payments.
• Assists with bussing tables
• Perform various other duties as assigned

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Seats and takes accurate food orders from guests

• Checks station before, during and after shift for proper set-up and cleanliness.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Minimum of High School education, post-high school education preferred


• Minimum of one (1) year in hotel/restaurant serving role

KNO WLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
