Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and carry trays.
• Food Handler Certification or willingness to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests in a warm, welcoming, and professional manner
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff
• Deliver food and drinks to tables in a timely and efficient manner
• Maintain thorough knowledge of the menu, including daily specials and ingredients
• Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests and inquiries
• Process payments accurately using POS systems
• Keep tables, service areas, and dining room clean and properly set
