Job summary

Presbyterian Homes & Services (PHS) at Dickson Hollow in Menomonee Falls, WI, is hiring a Part-Time Server/Dietary Aide for 4p-7p on weeknights and rotating weekends. You will help with meal prep, dining room setup, and service in a warm, faith-based community serving older adults.

Salary ranges from $16.30 to $18.22+ per hour, DOE, with benefits including health, dental, life insurance, retirement and more for eligible staff and PT employees.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated compatibility with PHS' mission and operating philosophies.
• Demonstrated ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language to communicate with all customers.

Responsibilities

• The Server / Dietary Aide is responsible for creating a high quality dining experience for customers by assisting with meal preparation, dining room preparation, and meal service consistent with regulations and established policies, procedures and best practices.
