Job summary

Lorraine Lakes, part of Troon Golf, LLC, is seeking a part-time Server at our Lakewood Ranch property to deliver guest-focused service in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, taking orders, delivering meals, and ensuring guest satisfaction while maintaining proper side work and POS accuracy. Healthcare and retirement benefits are available for eligible staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Two years serving experience and/or training preferred.
• Must be able to meet state age requirements for handling alcohol.
• Regular and reliable attendance.
• Country Club experience preferred.
• Familiar with POS systems entering orders.

Responsibilities

• Provides immediate attention to guests upon seating.
• Describes specials and assists guests with menu items.
• Takes orders and delivers food promptly after preparation.
• Follows up with guests to ensure satisfaction and replenishes items as needed.
• Participates in pre-shift meetings and tastings.
• Maintains organized workstation and side work duties.
• Handles checks and cash transactions using POS system.
• Follows established order-taking and serving standards.
• Memorizes bar and food menus.
