Job summary

Audubon Country Club in Naples, FL is hiring a Part-Time Server Assistant. You will join a fast-paced hospitality team, supporting servers, bussing tables, and maintaining dining room cleanliness to deliver excellent guest experiences.

The ideal candidate is eager to learn, with flexible weekend/holiday availability, and a strong focus on safety and teamwork in a club setting. Training is provided as part of Troon’s hospitality group.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or one-month related experience.
• Ability to read and speak English may be required to perform the duties of the job.

Responsibilities

• Assures that all material used by server is clean and ready for daily operation.
• Fills and refills water glasses and removes any unused place settings.
• Clears dishes located in front of guests upon completion of course.
• Clears and resets tables when guests leave, including changes to tablecloths and silverware.
• Assists the server when needed.
• Keeps workstations well stocked with items and ingredients.
• Cleans workstations, takes out trash, and vacuums the dining room.
• Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.
• Regular and reliable attendance.
• Performs other duties as required
