American Baptist Homes of the Midwest at Tudor Oaks Senior Living Community in Muskego, WI is hiring a Driver to provide safe, reliable rides for residents to appointments, errands, and events. This part-time role offers 10–20 hours weekly with 2-hour shifts, flexible around 7:00 AM–8:00 PM.

Eligible applicants must be 21+, have a valid license with a clean record, and be able to read, write, and speak English. Prior experience with seniors or healthcare is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Able to understand, read, write, and speak English.
• Preferred: high school diploma or equivalent.
• Preferred: prior experience driving for seniors or in a healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, on-time transportation for residents and staff.
• Help residents get in and out of the vehicle safely.
• Keep the vehicle clean, safe, and ready to go.
• Follow company policies and applicable transportation regulations.
• Coordinate schedules with the team so rides run on time.
• Report any vehicle maintenance issues right away.
