Job summary

Club Demonstration Services in New Britain, CT is hiring to support Advantage Solutions' live events and in-store sampling, engaging customers and bringing brands to life.

The role includes assisting with reporting, training, scheduling, demo setup and breakdown, and helping interview and onboard new team members. No prior experience required; training is provided to help you succeed.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service preferred but not required; training provided.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to engage with customers confidently.
• Able to work in a fast-paced retail environment and represent brands well.
• Willingness to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by engaging customers and bringing brands to life at events.
• Support live events and product sampling at stores and public venues.
• Assist with reporting, training, schedules, and onboarding new team members.
• Set up/break down demos and help interview and onboard new staff.
