Responsibilities

• Develop and track KPIs that measure progress against InnovateCore objectives.
• Stress-test the forecast against the CA scenario nobody wants.
• Rebuild a target that the CA team stopped believing in.
• Surface the two or three metrics that decide whether a Senior Recruiter bet paid off.
• Convert an unfussy hunch into a tested hypothesis the board can weigh.
• Champion process improvements that scale with InnovateCore growth.
• Prepare board-ready presentations and quarterly business reviews.
