Job summary

FOX Rehabilitation is seeking a part-time Fitness Specialist to lead group exercise and personal training for older adults at a Senior Living Community in Florham Park, NJ. You will deliver evidence-based fitness programming and build relationships with residents and families.

Collaborate with the therapy team to expand FOX Wellness, travel to patient residences for house calls, and grow the wellness program within the community and beyond.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or Exercise Physiology, or CPT certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead group exercise classes and 1:1 personal training for older adults in senior living communities.
• Collaborate with FOX therapy team to grow wellness referrals.
• Travel between communities for house calls and program expansion.

Skills

Experience with older adults
