Flik Hospitality Group in New York is seeking a part-time Senior Cook at the Linklaters site (1290 Avenue of the Americas, New York, NY 10104). Schedule is Monday through Friday from 7:00 am to 2:00 pm with a pay range of $20.00 to $21.00 per hour. Previous cooking experience is preferred; online applications are accepted only.

Qualifications

• Previous cooking experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Oversee the cooking activities of food service staff as assigned by Food Service Director.
• Prepare various entrees and menu items following established recipes.
• Operate and clean equipment after each use; perform routine cleaning.
• Store, label and date food items; maintain organized storage of dry, refrigerated and frozen products.
• Follow HACCP guidelines to ensure food quality and safety.
