Job summary

Papa is seeking compassionate individuals to join as Papa Pals for part-time visits in Texas. You choose visits, earn up to $22/hr, and help older adults with companionship, light tasks, and errands. Prior caregiving is not required—just a caring attitude and reliable transportation.

Applicants must be 21+, hold a valid U.S. driver's license, pass a background check, and be legally allowed to work in the U.S. Independent contractor status applies, with flexible scheduling and potential bonuses.

Qualifications

• 21 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide transportation to local destinations and accompany clients on visits.
• Offer companionship and engage in conversation, activities, or light tasks.
• Help with light daily tasks such as tidying, laundry or meal prep as needed.
• Run errands or accompany clients on store visits and other outings.
