Job summary

Papa in Hemlock, MI is looking for part-time companion caregivers (Papa Pals) to help older adults with companionship, light housework, errands, and transportation. You’ll work 2–4 hour visits and set your own schedule through the mobile app.

You must be 21+, fluent in English, have a valid US driver's license, own a car and smartphone, pass a background check, and be authorized to work in the U.S. No prior caregiving experience is required.

Qualifications

• Age 21+.
• Must communicate in English.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Background check and motor vehicle report required.
• Access to a smartphone.
• Access to a vehicle [VEHICLE_YEAR] or newer.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and support to older adults and families.
• Assist with household chores, running errands, and transportation.
