Hilltop Community Resources is seeking a Part-time Care Specialist for The Fountains in Grand Junction, CO. The role provides personal care assistance to residents and requires protective oversight, compassion, and reliable support for daily activities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Six months of work experience preferred.
• Minimum 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ethical and professional behavior aligned with Hilltop values.
• Provide protective oversight of residents and maintain safety.
• Assist with social supervision and transportation to events.
• Ensure sanitation and safety of residents and common areas.
• Assist residents with transportation on/off bus or van.
• Perform laundry and cleaning of laundry areas.
• Assist residents with personal care needs (bathing, dressing, dining, bedtime).
• Promote positive customer relations using resident names and maintaining confidentiality.
• Answer radio, pager, and the resident request system.
