Navion Senior Solutions at Hammond Square in North Augusta, SC is seeking a Part-Time Resident Care Aide to provide hands-on ADL support and companionship to residents. You will help with bathing, dressing, meals, mobility, and daily activities, while building meaningful relationships in a caring, team-focused environment.

Ideal candidates are patient, compassionate, at least 18, with a High School diploma or GED, and willing to work various shifts including every other weekend.

• Ability to work in a team environment and deliver quality service.

Responsabilités

• Assist residents with ADLs (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility).
• Prepare residents for meals and activities; assist in dining.
• Respond to emergency call system and report changes to care team.
• Maintain accurate care documentation per regulations and Navion policies.
• Transport residents as needed; communicate respectfully with residents and families.
