Qualifications

• Active New York State Aesthetician license.
• At least five years of hands-on aesthetician experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with facials and dermaplaning.
• Ability to manage appointments independently, with limited training.
• Comfortable recommending services and products and building a client base.

Responsibilities

• Perform customized facials and dermaplaning treatments.
• Provide microneedling and chemical peels when trained, certified, and authorized.
• Consult with patients, understand their goals, and recommend appropriate treatments and home-care products.
• Encourage follow-up appointments, treatment plans, and referrals.
• Help grow your schedule through patient relationships, rebooking, and appropriate outreach or promotion.
• Document treatments and patient notes accurately.
• Educate patients on aftercare and skincare routines.
• Keep the treatment room clean, organized, and ready for each appointment.
• Follow all sanitation, safety, and treatment protocols.
• Work collaboratively with the B.Free team to provide a welcoming, consistent patient experience.
