Job summary

Pilgrim’s in Arcadia, WI is seeking a Part Time Security Tech for weekends. The role starts at $21.59/hour plus $1.00/hour shift differential. Safety and security of the site are the priority, with weekend coverage and rotation of shifts.

Responsibilities include monitoring activity, conducting rounds, enforcing policies, mail handling, badge management, and general site upkeep. Prior experience in security is helpful but not required.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned

• Monitors plant activity
• Hourly rounds (checking trailer temps (weekends only), doors, monitoring parking lots)
• Follow and comply with company policies
• Receive ad sort company mail
• Badge administration and owner of Cure system
• Cleaning/sanitizing as needed
• All other job duties as assigned
