Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors, tenants, retailers, and staff by following security procedures.
• Respond to incidents and document observations as required.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of the property to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and observe activity, reporting concerns per site procedures.
• Assist with traffic flow and directions while maintaining a professional presence.
