Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background checks required by federal, state, and local laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply under state/local laws.
• A valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to retail customers, visitors, and employees per site policies and emergency procedures.
• Respond to incidents and concerns calmly and notify appropriate personnel or responders.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols throughout the location to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and report suspicious behavior and policy violations.
• Document incidents and patrol activities, communicating findings to leadership and site management.
