Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, customers, and staff by performing security procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly and escalate as needed per site procedures.
• Conduct regular patrols in the retail location, including sales areas, entrances, parking areas, and perimeters.
• Monitor access points and observe activity, reporting hazards and maintenance concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Complete required incident reports and shift communications per procedures.
