Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation required by federal, state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applicants with criminal histories as allowed by law.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license is required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and delivery personnel by following site policies and procedures.
• Respond to incidents and access concerns in a calm, problem-solving manner per site procedures.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of distribution areas, loading docks, parking areas, and facility perimeter.
• Monitor access points and vehicle/pedestrian traffic, verifying authorization.
• Document observations and patrol activity in reports and relay information to site leadership.
