Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Subject to background investigation as required by law.
• Allied Universal will consider applicants with criminal histories as allowed by law.
• Drug screening required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply per state/local laws.
• Valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and enforce site policies; respond to incidents calmly.
• Manage access control and verify credentials per site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of loading areas, warehouses, entrances, and perimeters.
• Document incidents and daily activity in accordance with site reporting requirements.
