Qualifications

• Minimum three years of combined law enforcement, military, or security experience, or a college degree.
• Meet hospital vaccination requirements.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification are preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, vendors, and guests while enforcing site policies and emergency procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior and exterior areas.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials, directing guests as required.
• Respond to incidents and alarms calmly, documenting actions per site procedures.
• Report maintenance issues and suspicious activity through proper channels.
