Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required by federal, state, and local laws.
• Drug screen required as a condition of employment.
• Licensing requirements may be required depending on state/local laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents calmly and follow site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the financial institution location.
• Monitor access, verify visitor/contractor authorization, report unusual activity.
• Complete accurate activity logs and incident reports per site procedures.
