Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Patrol Technology in Fort Worth, TX. This flexible, dependable role offers reliable hours at an assigned site, with opportunities to earn more by picking up extra shifts through our scheduling platform.

Pay rate is $20.40 per hour with a fixed anchor shift and up to 40 hours per week. The position emphasizes customer service, security procedures, and incident documentation at a retail location.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
• Experience with alarm panels is preferred.
• Experience with access control and badge systems is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, shoppers, employees, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating matters according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the retail location, sales areas, stockrooms, parking areas, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and observe activity within the location, reporting suspicious activity, hazards, and policy violations to appropriate personnel.
• Complete accurate incident reports, patrol logs, and other required documentation in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific procedures.
