Qualifications

• At least two years of security-related experience is required.
• A valid driver’s license is required according to Allied Universal policy.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will undergo a background investigation.
• A drug screen will be performed where legally permitted.
• Licensing requirements may apply at state/local level.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, shoppers, visitors, and vendors following site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of retail areas, parking, entrances, exits, and perimeter locations.
• Respond to incidents calmly and professionally, following site protocols.
• Monitor access points and report suspicious activity or maintenance issues to appropriate staff.
• Complete accurate activity reports and shift communications per Allied Universal requirements.
