Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer - Part Time Enhanced in Cicero, IL. This role offers reliable, fixed shifts at a designated site with the option to earn more by taking additional shifts through our scheduling platform.

Pay rate is $22.60 per hour. Responsibilities include customer service, unarmed patrols of banking areas, access control, incident response, and detailed reporting. Flexible scheduling and growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in security or customer service is a plus.
• Must be able to perform routine patrols and respond to incidents.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and customers at a financial institution.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of banking areas, lobbies, offices, parking areas, and exterior perimeter.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity according to site procedures.
• Respond to incidents and alarms in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Complete detailed activity reports and communicate observations to site contacts.
