Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must pass background check in accordance with federal, state, and local laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply per state/local laws.
• Valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, customers, and team members by carrying out security‑related procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and critical situations calmly and professionally.
• Conduct regular and random foot patrols throughout the site to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and high‑traffic areas; observe and report suspicious activity or hazards.
• Complete detailed incident reports and logs per site procedures.
